If you’re at a career crossroads and need clarity on your next steps, this 1:1 Career Clarity Consult is for you.
This session will help you untangle a career dilemma, evaluate your options and develop actionable strategies to move forward.
Typically in a session, we will:
Identify the key issues and any beliefs holding you back
Deepen self-understanding to inform your career decision-making
Explore your career interests and broader goals
Develop a tailored plan to guide your next steps
Prior to the session, you’ll be asked to complete a short strengths assessment and reflection activity to guide our discussion (or opt for a deeper dive by adding on a Morrisby Profile Assessment – see below). This will ensure we make the most of our time together to focus on your career future.
Booking includes:
A 60-minute personalised career counselling session (in person or via Zoom)
Pre-work activities completed prior to the session
Preparation of a tailored action plan and resources sent to you after the session
Recommendations for follow-up support, if needed
Check-in email two weeks later
Consult = $195 (inc GST)

The Morrisby Profile is a tool that aids career exploration and decision-making. Through timed aptitude tests and psychometric questionnaires, your Profile provides a comprehensive picture of your strengths, interests, personality type and work style, plus suggested career paths aligned with these insights.
If you choose to add this on to your Career Clarity Consult, you’ll complete the online assessment in your own time as part of the pre-work (allow 1 hour 40 minutes) and we will go through the results together during our consult.
