Career Clarity Consult
A dedicated hour of focused attention on your career future.
Are you at a career crossroads and figuring out ‘what’s next’ for you? Together we’ll untangle your career dilemma, so you can move forward with confidence.
This deep-dive session will help you:
Explore your career interests and broader goals
Make career decisions that are right for you
Identify key issues or beliefs keeping you stuck
Develop a concrete action plan to move you forward
Prior to the session, you’ll be asked to complete a short strengths assessment and reflection activity to guide our discussion (or opt for a deeper dive with tailored career suggestions by adding on a Morrisby Profile assessment – see below). This will ensure we make the most of our time together to focus on your career future.
Booking includes:
Strength/reflection activities completed prior to the session
Prep time for practitioner to review results and tailor support
1 x 60-minute personalised career guidance session
Preparation of a tailored action plan – sent to you after the session
Check-in email two weeks after the session

Don’t waste any more time trying to figure things out on your own – book now and get the clarity you need to move forward!
Two sessions are recommended to help you move from career confusion to clarity – these would usually be 1-2 months apart. Let’s start with Session 1 and you can decide what feels right for you.
Want deeper insights?
Add on a Morrisby Profile assessment to inform your next career move.
A successful career change starts with a deep understanding of yourself and the type of work that feels meaningful to you.
A career assessment takes the guesswork of it, providing a comprehensive picture of your strengths, interests, personality type and work style.
A Morrisby Profile assessment goes one step further, providing tailored career suggestions based on these insights – opening up new and exciting career possibilities for you to explore.
You’ll complete the assessment online, in your own time, prior to our session (allow 1 hour 40 minutes) and we’ll go through the results together in our consult.
The assessment can only be administered by a Morrisby-certified practitioner and is always combined with a consult to unpack the results, explore your career interests and goals, and develop a tailored action plan to guide you forward.
Booking includes:
Morrisby career assessment + profile report
Prep time for practitioner to review results and tailor support
1 × 75-minute personalised career guidance session
Preparation of a tailored action plan – sent to you after the session
Check-in email two weeks after the session
Ongoing access to the Morrisby platform to support career exploration
$325 (inc GST)
